Privacy Policy

1. What we collect. Account data (email, authentication tokens), the photos you upload, listings we generate for you, and basic usage and device data.

2. How we use it. To run the Service: generate listings, save your history, enforce free-tier limits, process payments, prevent abuse, and improve the product.

3. AI processing. Photos and prompts are sent to third-party AI providers (such as Google Gemini via our AI gateway) strictly to generate the listing. We do not sell your data or use your photos to train public models.

4. Payments. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe processes your payment data according to its own privacy policy.

5. Storage. Account data and saved listings are stored on our backend (powered by Supabase, EU region) for as long as your account exists.

6. Sharing. We share data only with the providers we need to run Vintly (auth, database, AI, payments, analytics) and only what they need. We do not sell personal data.

7. Your rights (GDPR). You can access, export, correct or delete your data at any time from your account settings, or by contacting support.

8. Cookies. We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and basic functionality. No third-party advertising cookies.

9. Children. Vintly is not directed to anyone under 16.

10. Changes. We'll post updates on this page and, for material changes, notify you in-app or by email.
