How to delete your account

1. In the app. Open Vintly, go to Account → Delete my account, and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

2. By email. If you no longer have access to the app, email support@vintly.xyz from your account's registered email address and ask us to delete your account. Requests are processed within a few business days.

What gets deleted

Your account and login, your email address, your saved analyses and listings, the photos you uploaded, and your profile data.

What may be retained

Payment and transaction records may be retained by our payment processor (Whop) as required for legal, tax or fraud-prevention purposes. These records are held separately from your Vintly account data.

Important

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
